As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll join a team to actively introduce Medsien software and staffing solutions to individual doctor practices and physician groups across the US. You will foster new relationships via outbound efforts, and will be directly responsible for getting them excited about partnering with Medsien.

The Role

With the growing number of people with chronic illnesses, we need to get the word out quickly. We need a Sales Development Representative who can come in and hit the ground running. We’re looking for a SDR to help build and maintain our sales pipeline and to help our cross-functional teamwork smarter. You will be collaborating closely with our Marketing Team, you’ll source, drive, and build relationships with prospects across the US.

This is a remote position.

What you should have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related area
  • 6 months to 2 years of relevant business development experience
  • Able to negotiate skillfully, promote/sell ideas persuasively, and close transactions with mutually beneficial results
  • Able to think strategically and tactically.
  • Able to maintain a positive attitude in the face of criticism, rejection, or failure
